Immune Insight
Immune insighT is a Contract Research Organization (CRO) based in Lille, France, founded in 2016 as a spin-off from academic research. The company specializes in ex-vivo and in-vivo assessment of compounds on the immune system, particularly regulatory T cells (Tregs). It aims to ensure the efficacy and safety of new molecules on the immune system through advanced scientific and technical expertise, offering services in molecular, cellular, and animal insights, and developing innovative tools like the Treg Signatures kit.

Services
Contract research services to assess compound effects on human regulatory T cells using primary cell assays and functional readouts, delivered as laboratory-based studies with technical reporting.
Design and conduct of bespoke in-vivo cancer models (syngeneic and PDX-like humanized models) for efficacy, tumor infiltration and toxicity assessment.
Functional assays and phenotypic analyses including suppressive function assays, recruitment analysis, secretion profiling, viability/cell-death assays and tumor infiltration analysis.
Data analysis and interpretation (including algorithmic interpretation of transcriptomic signatures)
Bioinformatics and statistical analysis of transcriptomic and immunomonitoring data, with expert interpretation and delivery of technical/scientific reports. Algorithmic automation for signature interpretation is planned.
