Products

ENO1-targeting monoclonal antibody (clinical programs for fibrotic and immune indications)

Humanized monoclonal antibody that blocks ENO1-mediated plasmin activation and associated pathological glycolysis; developed for indications including idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and multiple sclerosis with completed Phase I healthy volunteer studies and ongoing patient studies.

ENO1-based antibody–drug conjugates (ADC)

Preclinical ADC programs that conjugate immunosuppressive or cytotoxic payloads to ENO1-targeting antibodies to selectively deliver payloads to ENO1-expressing inflammatory or cancer cells.

ENO1-directed adoptive cell therapy (preclinical)

Immune cell product concept that equips patient-derived immune cells with ENO1-specific recognition to target and kill ENO1-expressing tumor cells after autologous transfer.

Nanomicelle-based drug delivery integration (nanoparticle carrier)

Co-development and integration of a nanomicelle drug delivery platform for enhanced tumor drug delivery and reduced systemic toxicity (technology transfer reported).

Services

Comprehensive preclinical package including mechanism studies, in vivo efficacy models and toxicology to support IND filings.

Execution and management of Phase I and early patient studies including healthy volunteer studies, safety/tolerability assessments and patient recruitment for targeted indications.

Negotiation and management of in‑licensing, out‑licensing and co‑development agreements for proprietary technologies and candidate drugs.
