The NSF I-Corps Grant is a prestigious customer discovery grant in the US for research-based start-ups, including an eight-week bootcamp and a $50,000 grant for customer discovery and validation.

EndoShunt is seeking trauma and critical care community members for interviews as part of their NSF I-Corps customer discovery process.

Seisa Medical and its subsidiary Burpee Medsystems will begin designing and manufacturing EndoShunt’s first set of devices, combining high-quality manufacturing capabilities with EndoShunt’s innovative technology.

EndoShunt was listed as selectable for the Air Force’s open topic SBIR grant Afwerx, aiming to empower trauma surgeons with advanced hemorrhage control tools.

EndoShunt participated in the Eastern Association for the Surgery of Trauma annual assembly to introduce its technology to the trauma community and seek research partnerships.

Data from aortic simulator tests shows EndoShunt’s ability to control hemorrhage rapidly, in under 30 seconds.
