CERITD
CERITD (Centre d’Étude et de Recherche sur l’Intensification du Traitement du Diabète) is a French non-profit research-and-care centre focused on clinical research, technology development and delivery of care for people with diabetes. Activities include development and clinical evaluation of closed‑loop insulin delivery systems, multicenter clinical studies, telemedicine services (including remote wound care), patient education and multidisciplinary outpatient/inpatient care. The Fonds Santé Diabète (FSD) is the associated endowment fund that finances research and outreach.

Products
Artificial pancreas (closed‑loop insulin delivery) — research prototype and clinical system
Development and clinical evaluation of a hybrid closed‑loop insulin delivery system, including algorithm development, patient database curation and multicenter clinical testing leading to regulatory certification in Europe.
Telepied — telemedicine pathway for diabetic foot ulcer management
A telemedicine model combining local caregiver visits and specialist remote support to manage diabetic foot ulcers and reduce rehospitalization.
Descendance cohort — family risk and prospective study
National family‑based cohort and prospective study developed to create a risk equation for future type 2 diabetes in relatives of diabetic patients; cohort recruitment across multiple sites.
