Ordering and interpretation of standard and advanced laboratory tests (CBC, metabolic panels, immunologic assays, hormone testing, food-sensitivity tests, urinary organic acids, nutrient panels, and toxicant panels) to inform individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.

Outpatient IV treatments for nutrient repletion, antioxidant support, high-dose vitamin C, select antimicrobials, immunoglobulin, iron repletion, lipid/phospholipid detox, and chelation infusions; includes coordination for home infusions via PICC when clinically indicated.

Series-based colon hydrotherapy treatments using professional closed-system equipment and abdominal massage delivered by certified therapists as part of a multi-session cleansing and digestive-rehabilitation program (commonly 10–16 sessions); includes clinical screening for contraindications and preparatory supplement recommendations.

Laboratory assessment of endocrine status and personalized hormone replacement plans using pharmaceutical-grade bioidentical formulations with monitoring and dosing adjustments.

Evaluation for antibody deficiency and coordination or administration of IV or subcutaneous immunoglobulin therapy with periodic laboratory monitoring and home administration options when appropriate.
