Pipeline of antigen candidates for human and veterinary vaccines

A set of antigen candidates under preclinical development targeting diseases such as malaria, SARS-CoV-2 (COVID) and African swine fever virus, intended for progression toward clinical evaluation or collaborator development.

Services

Generation of vaccine antigen candidates for human and veterinary diseases using machine learning and evolutionary analysis to prioritise antigens covering multiple strains and potential future variants.

Design, optimisation and execution of cell-based immunoassays and preclinical immunology studies to quantify and characterise T cell responses and support vaccine evaluation.

Design and operation of compute infrastructure, automation, CI/CD pipelines and big-data workflows to support computational biology and antigen design projects.

News & Updates

Baseimmune raised a £685,000 investment led by Creator Fund, with support from Vaccitech, Oxford University, and Imperial College London. They are working on future COVID and Malaria vaccines, and have designed over 15 vaccines, including a multi-genotype therapeutic vaccine against HPV.

Baseimmune's team has designed over 15 vaccines, with two in human clinical trials, including the world's first multi-genotype therapeutic HPV vaccine.
