ISO-grade isolator-integrated aseptic filling and finishing for vials (nested ready-to-use formats across multiple sizes), with automated handling, segregated crimping and post-fill packaging; syringe and cartridge filling planned for Q1 2026. Includes formulation support of client-supplied bulk drug substance and full release documentation.
Lyophilization Services
Feasibility studies, excipient selection, optimization and production-scale lyophilization for vials, powders, beads and small-format reagent dots with packaging and distribution support; excludes pharmaceutical injectable lyophilization for drug substance.
Life Sciences & IVD Manufacturing
End-to-end manufacturing for POCT, IVD and RUO kits including formulation, cartridge/tube/chip filling, kitting, packaging, sterilization coordination and custom QC/QA for global distribution.
