Autologous tumor-cell vector product for immunotherapy

A processed autologous cell product prepared from a patient's tumor cells by internalizing an NKT-activating compound, irradiating to inactivate cells, and formulated for patient administration or cryopreservation to induce tumor-antigen specific immunity.

GMP-grade NKT cell-activating compound (alpha-galactosylceramide)

Supply of GMP-compliant alpha-galactosylceramide intended for clinical use as an NKT cell activator in human studies and in processing of autologous cell products.
