What We Do

A $10 million pilot program providing grants for real estate development projects in distressed municipalities requiring gap financing to address COVID-19 economic impacts.

Supports the development and recovery of New Jersey’s commercial corridors and community-focused arts and cultural organizations with grants for projects near passenger rail stations.

A $50 million competitive tax credit program leveraging federal historic tax credits to support rehabilitation projects of historic properties.

Provides working capital with fixed interest rates and flexible spending guidelines to help businesses plan for the future.

Offers a refundable tax credit against New Jersey corporation business or gross income tax for qualified investments in an emerging technology or life sciences business with a physical presence in New Jersey.

Reimburses businesses and nonprofit organizations fifteen percent of annual lease payments for two years when they rent market-rate, first-floor office, industrial, or retail spaces for a minimum 5-year term.
