MTEC at MHSRS

If you are attending the MHSRS, drop by the MTEC Booth #805 and say ‘Hi’ to our Executive Director, Stacey Lindbergh. If you are a MTEC member exhibiting at MHSRS, please let us know and we will bring a MTEC member placard to your booth for your organization to display.
Stacey Lindbergh is the Executive Director for MTEC. Stacey provides leadership and oversight over membership, ensures timely and effective integration of member activities, government affairs, ensures compliance with policies and procedures contained in the CMA, arranges technical and general membership meetings, maintains member list and status, and assists with business development.

Then come hear from researchers involved with exciting MTEC projects on Wednesday, August 22nd from 1-3pm in Room – Sun C123. They will be presenting ‘Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs): Accelerating the Transition of Technology into the Hands of the War Fighter’ to give insight on the many benefits of OTAs.

Bill Howell will be available for individuals and some of the areas in which he could speak to include: details of current MRMC programs and how they are being enacted thru the MTEC, ability to judge your entity’s efforts/products against MRMC requirements; alignment questions, potential future research areas of MTEC solicitations, outside funding and other federal agency collaborations, methodologies to team for improved solicitations, and overarching MTEC operational questions to foster better understanding of our business practices.
Kathy Zolman will be available to answer any programmatic questions you may have. Kathy is available for individuals throughout the symposium and some of the areas in which she could speak to include: Overview of MTEC as an organization: mission and strategy, MTEC membership requirements and how to maximize membership benefits, Description of MTEC’s funding mechanisms and solicitation processes (proposal and white paper requirements and schedule), Nontraditional Defense Contractor, Cost Share Requirements and Prototype Definitions, Intellectual property, royalty agreement, and research award assessments, high level alignment of technology capabilities and maturity with MTEC research opportunities.
